Machine Clean Starch Cleaner
Machine Clean Starch Cleaner
Effective and low cost starch cleaning agent used to clean all corrugated and starch equipment, including Make Ready Tank, storage tanks, starch lines/pipes, and corrugator applicators, by diluting with water to 25% and pumping throughout entire starch loop. In addition to internal starch lines/equipment, Machine Clean can be sprayed on floors and on the outside of all tanks to remove dried starch build-up.

AIR-Seal 1BM
AIR-Seal 1BM
One-bag starch mix for Asitrade, Laminator Machines, or other small volume starch applications formulated to produce a starch-based adhesive with a 20-25 second Love Cup viscosity and a gelatinization temperature of 142° Simply add water and the appropriate number of AIR-Seal 1BM bags into the Make Ready Tank and agitate for 10 minutes to make a high quality batch of starch. AIR-Seal 1BM is packaged into 50 lb. bags.

AIR-Seal K
Powdered starch mixture used to replace up to 250 lbs. of pearl starch per batch by combining key ingredients to simulate the primary cook and removing the need for caustic and borax in the formula. Supplied in 50 lb. bags or 1,000 lb. super sacks, AIR-Seal K requires only water and agitation, and is formulated to a 20-25 second Love Cup viscosity and a gelatinization temperature of 142°F at 25% – 28% solids.

MaxxGold Formaldehyde-Free Resin
MaxxGold Formaldehyde-Free Resin
High quality water-proofing resin product made from sugar molecules that is 100% formaldehyde free, and supplied in recyclable corrugated totes for a sustainable and environmentally friendly product from production to usage and disposal. This revolutionary product is currently in development and has received a Pre-Manufacturing Notice (PMN) from the EPA under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) approval process (Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act of 2016). The TSCA approval process and PMN requires customers to agree to strict guideline and safe-handling measures during the first year of use or until MaxxGold receives full authorization from the EPA.

CBB-49

A caustic and borax blend used as a 1:1 replacement that eliminates borax from the plant, and can be supplied/consumed in bulk utilizing the existing caustic tank/infrastructure. CBB-49 is still in development.
